These terms govern online orders placed through this website for pickup at Johnny’s Burritos (Imperial, El Centro and Brawley, CA). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Your order is a request until we confirm it — by text message or at the pickup counter. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if an item sells out or we cannot meet the pickup time you chose.
Choose a pickup time and store when you order. Food is held for 30 minutes past the scheduled time; after that we may release it and the order is forfeited without refund. All three stores are open daily — check each store's hours before you order.
We accept major credit and debit cards online through our payment processors, Square and Stripe. Your card details are transmitted securely and processed by them — Johnny’s Burritos never sees or stores your full card number. You authorize us to charge the order total, including tax, when you place the order.
Menu prices are shown before tax. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
Cancel free of charge up to 30 minutes before your pickup time by calling the store you ordered from. If we get your order wrong or an item is missing, tell us within 24 hours and we will remake it or refund the item. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law.
